Differential diagnosis: Readily distinguished from the ♂♂ of all other known species of Nesiophasma by the remarkably small size and comparatively stocky form with abdominal segments II – VI being only 2.5x longer than wide .
Comments: A detailed description was presented by Günther (1935). So far only known from the unique ♂ holotype in MNHU ( Fig. 44D View FIGURE 44 ). ♀♀ and eggs unknown .
Distribution: South Sulawesi: Province Sulawesi Selatan, Gunung Lompobatang 1100 m.
