Chrysobothris thoracica (Fabricius) 1789: 138 View in CoL ( Buprestis View in CoL ) is thus limited to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands of Guana, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas. No identification is given for the record from Anegada. Host trees: Tamarindus indica View in CoL L., white mangrove ( Laguncularia racemosa View in CoL (L.) Gaertn., and Acacia tortuousa (L.). Willd. Ivie et al. 2008b: 245 reports a species in this group from Montserrat.
