Atrovirensis taiwani Gyulai, Ronkay, Wu, 2013 , Fibigeriana supplement: 1: 128, Pl. 39:17; gen. fig. 9, 10. Type-locality: Taiwan, Taichung. Holotype: NMNS.

Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 1 – 15 ). Wingspan 36–38 mm. A. taiwani by shape of wing is similar to A. sinica , both species differ from the former by narrower forewing, straight costal margin and more acute apical angle of wing. The colouration and wing pattern are similar to A. owadai , but differ by broader green subbasal field, more oblique and broader subterminal field and reniform joined in basal part with subterminal field. Male genitalia ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 27 – 29 ). The male genitalia of A. taiwani can be distinguished from A. sinica and A. owadai by the much broader juxta, the somewhat longer and more pointed harpe, the more elongated cucullus, the basally longer large cornutus of the vesica, and by the well-developed ventral diverticulum bearing a single tiny terminal cornutus.
