Holotype: male; type locality: Fanjingshan, Guizhou; location of type specimens: the Museum of Hebei University.
The species is only from Fanjingshan, Jiangkou, Guizhou, China. The original description and illustrations are very clear in Shi & Du (2006), and photographs were provided by Chang et al. (2012).
Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Fanjingshan , Guizhou, 1 August, 2001, coll. Fuming Shi. Paratypes: 5♂ 3♀, Fanjingshan , Guizhou, 31 July to 1 August, 2001, coll. Fuming Shi. Other specimens: 2♂ 9♀, Fanjingshan, Jiangkou , Guizhou, 11 September, 2018, coll. Tao Wang.
Distribution. China (Guizhou).
