Material. Holotype left tegmen QM F57795 View Materials , Dinmore, collected by Allan Carsburg. Three paratype tegmina, all Dinmore: ACC I.118; RKC: QM F57796 View Materials +, QM F57797 View Materials +.

Description. Tegmen 5.4–6.5 mm long (holotype 5.4), 2.4–2.7 mm wide (holotype 2.4), length/width 2.3–2.7; hind margin of clavus with 3 irregularly spaced very small swellings ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 6 – 8 ); R with 1 or 2 costal veinlets; RA stem costal veinlet in holotype with a marginal fork; coloration as preserved comprising a pattern of dark and light areas as indicated in Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11 – 12 , with a large basal spot between R and the claval suture, a spot at the apex of CuA, and two spots on RP.

Notes. There is some variation in the length of the RA1 stem, the separation of RA from RP and of RP from M, and the depth and separation of the branches of M and CuA (compare Figs 7 View FIGURES 6 – 8 and 11 View FIGURES 11 – 12 ). The species is named in honour of Robert Knezour who collected two of the four specimens known.
