Diagnosis. Forewings hyaline, with short spur veins on margin in cell m2 and m3; central sclerite of hypandrium with a deep, U-shaped, posterior concavity ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 15 – 20 ); with elongate and tapered lateral posterior processes, widely separated, with basal short acuminate teeth on the inner side; phallosome with postero-mesal pair of endophallic sclerites well developed, distally acuminate, somewath curved outwards, widened basally, with short processes directed outwards; mesal sclerite transverse ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 15 – 20 ). IX sternum with widened anterior area, rounded edges, front side emarginate ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 21 – 26 ).

Male. Color (in 80% ethanol). Body brown, with creamy areas as indicated below. Head pale brown, with dark brown extensive areas as illustrated, vertex cream ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 15 – 20 ). Compound eyes ochre, ocelli hyaline, with ochre centripetal crescents. Antennae pale brown, scape dark brown, flagellomeres with apices cream. Maxillary palps pale brown, Mx4 dark brown apically. Prothorax cream, pronotum brown. Tergal lobes of meso- and metathorax dark brown, with cream spots. Thoracic mesopleura brown, mesepimeron pale brown, more pigmented than pro- and metapleura. Legs: fore- and hind- coxae creamy, with small proximal and distal brown spots; mid coxae brown, fore-, mid- trochanters and femora pale brown, hind trochanters and femora creamy; tibia, tarsi and apices of femora pale brown. Wings hyaline, veins brown, as illustrated ( Figs 15 and 16 View FIGURES 15 – 20 ). Abdomen pale cream, with subcuticular, transverse ochre bands. Clunium and hypandrium brown, central sclerite of hypandrium pale brown, with latero-posterior processes yellowish. Epiproct and paraprocts pale brown, phallosome brown, with endophallic sclerites more pigmented.
