LITERATURE RECORDS: Marenzeller 1875; Stossich 1883; Carus 1884; Graeffe 1905. NEW RECORDS: Pula (NA), public beach Stoja, on a rocky bottom with some free stones and crevices with sand, 3- 4 m deep, on 12.01.2014., 1 specimen (Marinko Babić, pers. comm.); Rovinj (NA), in 2008, 5 specimens (F. Pleijel and A. Nygren, pers. comm.).
