OTHER REPORTED NAMES: Kefersteinia cirrata (Keferstein, 1862) , Hesione fusca Carus, 1885 . REMARKS: The taxa Kefersteinia Quatrefages, 1865 and Kefersteinia cirrata (Keferstein, 1862) were synonymised with Psamathe and Psamathe fusca , respectively, by Pleijel (1998).
