Diagnosis. Body elongate-oval, blackish, dorsal and ventral surfaces very rugulose, with many yellowish spots, especially on pronotum, corium, legs and abdomen; a longitudinal ridge from the center of the vertex to the apex of scutellum; head declined, mandibular plates about one fourth longer than clypeus, anteriorly convergent; protibia dilation narrow, blade-shape, width about half the length of protibia ( Figs. 5, 6 View FIGURES 3 – 8 ).

Male genitalia. Pygophore width greater than length, posterolateral angles angulated, situated much higher than notch in ventroposterior rim; dorsoposterior rim sinuated, with small, subangular parandria; ventroposterior rim concave, sclerotized ( Figs. 14, 15 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ). Aedeagus simple, with one pair of lateral conjunctival lobes which are narrow, long, the apices not bifurcate; ventral and apical conjunctival lobes absent; median penial plates strongly sclerotized, united at base; vesica slightly extending out from venter of median penial plates ( Figs. 16, 17 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ). Paramere ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ) obtuse apically, with a short inner branch protruding to one side.

Female genitalia. 1st gonocoxites large, plate-like, posterior margins slightly sinuate. The 8th paratergites subtriangular, with some irregular yellow spots, apices of 9th paratergites as long as or a little longer than those of 8th ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ).
