Holotype: 1 female (slide) Canada. Brit[ish] Col[umbia], Vancouver Isl., Kennedy River, 56 km from Port Alberni, riverbed, moss and grass on rocks, 20.vi.1983, 157/83, A. Fjellberg. (CNC 165054, Type No. 22397). Paratypes: 5 (4 slides), same collection as holotype (CNC 165095–165098).
