Holotype: 1 (alcohol) Norway. Melhus. Kvål, 8.xii.1984, at Gaula, O. Hanssen (CNC 165646, Type No. 21207). Paratypes: 6 (alcohol) and 6 (slide), same collection as holotype (CNC 166153 and 165079, respectively); 6 (alcohol) and 8 (slide), same collection as holotype, except “Melhus” instead of “Kvål” (CNC 166154 and 165078, respectively).
