Diagnosis: Carapace in lateral view is an extended rectangle in its basic shape. Main sulcus fairly straight, extending down to more than half carapace height, ending at the central muscle field which protrudes outwards most clearly. Anterior sulcus goes forward of the main sulcus right under the dorsal margin and directed diagonally towards the anterior, approximately half the length of the main sulcus. Between the sulci is a triangular valve-swelling, with the tip directed diagonally towards the posterior and upwards, running downwards in the general vaulting of the valve.

Holotype: Carapace ♂?, BfB 7825.

Paratype: Carapace ♀?, BfB 7826.

Dimensions: ♂? Holotype, length 0.77mm, height 0.41mm, width 0.38mm.

Dimensions: ♀? Paratype, length 0.72mm, height 0.38mm, width 0.37mm.
