Diagnosis: A subspecies of H. angulata with angled dorsal and posterior margin as well as finely etched sculpture on the whole surface of both valves.

Holotype: Carapace, BfB 7795.

Paratypes: Not deposited.

Dimensions: Holotype, length 0.86mm, height 0.58mm, width 0.42mm.
