Specimen examined. Holotype ♂, Guizhou Province, Jiangkou County, 1700 m, 29 Jul 2001, H. Li & X. Wang, genital slide no. ZAH03387.

Distribution. China (Guizhou).

Remarks. This species can be distinguished from all other species of Pseudacroclita by the costa of the valva with a short process and the cucullus oblong instead of triangular or oval in the male genitalia.
