( Figs. 1–15 View FIGURE 1 View FIGURES 2 – 7 View FIGURES 8 – 15 )

Redescription. Colour: Body reddish brown to blackish brown. Eyes reddish. Membrane blackish, 4 (2+2) spots on basal regions pale.

Structure: Head, pronotum, scutellum and pygophore covered with granules, deltg rugose. Antennae and legs covered with setigerous granules, 4th antennal segment with long setae. Anterior process of head short, slightly exceeding the tip of first antennal segment; genae longer than clypeus forming small notch at apex, lateral margins subparallel; antenniferous tubercles dentiform, divergent anteriorly; clypeus raised; vertex broad, slightly raised, flanked by 2 (1+1) ovate impressions; postocular tubercles dentiform, slightly exceeding outer border of eyes. Antenna 1.96 times as long as width of head across eyes; first segment shortest, second shorter than third, third and fourth segments equal in length; first stout, clavate; second and third tapering toward base, fourth fusiform ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 , 2 View FIGURES 2 – 7 ); rostrum reaching to limits of rostral groove, rostral groove deep, narrow, open posteriorly ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 2 – 7 ). Pronotum 2.2 times as wide as long at midline; anterolateral angles broadly rounded, slightly expanded, not exceeding collar; lateral margin slightly concave anteriorly; anterior part of disc with a median depression flanked by 2 (1+1) large lunate callosities, laterad with 2 (1+1) short longitudinal ridges; posterior part rather flat, humeri raised. Scutellum carinate at base, lateral margins sinuate and carinate, disc rugose with a longitudinal carina. Hemelytra reaching posterior margin of tergite VII; inner posterolateral angle of corium not reaching to the tip of scutellum; veins distinct and anastomosing. Legs slender, femora moderately inflated, tibiae cylindrical, nearly straight, preapical comb on fore tibia present, claws with thin pulvilli. Deltg with glabrous spots as usual, separated from tergal plate by a thin longitudinal carina; lateral margins of deltg II-VI straight. Paratergites VIII of male clavate, reaching to 2/3 of pygophore; in female forming rounded lobes, almost reaching apex of tergite IX ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 , 4 View FIGURES 2 – 7 ). Prosternum flattened, separated from mesosternum by a suture; mesosternum with a shallow longitudinal impression, basal margin carinate; metasternum flattened, separated from mesosternum by a thin suture. Sterna III to VI with triangular, smooth spots medially, flanked by 2 (1+1) round callous spots, laterad with 4 (2+2) smaller ones; sternum VII of male raised medially, anteriorly with median depression flanked by 2 (1+1) ovate carinae ( Figs. 5, 6 View FIGURES 2 – 7 ). Spiracles II–VII ventral, remote from lateral margins, VIII sublateral but not visible from above. Pygophore cordate, median X-shaped depression extending to posterior margin, posterolateral margins almost straight ( Figs. 5–9 View FIGURES 2 – 7 View FIGURES 8 – 15 ). Apex of paramere rounded ( Figs. 10–12 View FIGURES 8 – 15 ). Basal plate thick. Capitate process ovate. Strut large ( Figs. 13–15 View FIGURES 8 – 15 ). Terminal part of abdomen of female as in Figs. 4, 5 View FIGURES 2 – 7 .
