Type material. Holotype ♀ India: Karnataka, Sangam, Coll. Sandesh M. Gawas, 18.vii. 2018 ( ICAR-NBAIR).

Diagnosis. Body length 22.5 mm; ovipositor sheath length 21.0 mm; fore wing length 5.6 mm. Frons coarsely transversely striate; vertex with two strong carinae followed by fine transverse striae, forming a medial line or grove; occipital carina strong, complete; neck in level of pronotum, deeply emarginated; pronotum anteriorly with weak transverse rugulae, medially with transverse reticulate striae and posteriorly smooth; mesoscutum anterior half finely reticulate striate, posteriorly coarsely foveolate; scutellum and axillae shiny with reticulate striations and scattered punctures; mesopleuron anterior third densely setose, remainder largely aciculate; metapleuron largely strongly reticulate-foveolate; propodeum foveolate with microsculptured interspaces; fore wing hyaline with vein 2-CU1 weakly developed, 0.2× vein cu-a; pterostigma elongate, subparallel-sided and acute apically; hind coxa mostly transversely striate, anterior third rugose; hind femur densely transversely strigate with two ivory coloured teeth ventrally, apical one longer; first metasomal tergite finely transversely striate; 1.6× remainder of metasoma; ovipositor sheath 0.96× length of body, with a subapical pale band, band 0.9× as long as apical dark part.
