This species was described from Anthus spinoletta (Linnaeus) ( Passeriformes : Motacillidae ) from Poland ( Skoracki 2004b). In Kazakhstan, this species was recorded on the type host.
Material examined. 7 females and 1 male ( AVB 07-2310-007) from Anthus spinoletta (Linnaeus) ( Passeriformes : Motacillidae ); KAZAKHSTAN: Ongtustik Qazaqstan, Chockpak Ornithological Station, 1134m, 42°30'45.2''N, 70°35'46.2''E, 23 October 2007, coll. A. Bochkov.
