Distribution. Japan, Korea, Russia (Primorskij Kraj), China (Zhejiang) ( Shinohara & Xiao 2006). Host plant. Fagaceae : Quercus accutissima Caruth. (see Shinohara 1980).
Remarks. This species was described from Japan ( Takeuchi 1930) and later recorded from Korea and the Russian Far East. Shinohara & Xiao (2006) recorded this species from Tianmushan.
