Distribution. Europe except for the south (only recorded from Spain). Portugal: three northern and central provinces.

Ecology. Encountered in marshlands and on a brook bank. In northwestern Europe, this species also shows a preference for open marshlands.

Rarity (%). 3.4 (rare). Common (FL).

Activity period. July, September.
