Distribution. Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: four provinces, all over the country.

Ecology. Recorded from four macrohabitat categories, without a clear pattern. In northwestern Europe, this is a eurytopic species from moderately humid to humid deciduous forests and similar wooded habitats in urban environments.

Rarity (%). 5.7 (fairly rare). Common (FL).

Activity period. March–May, July–October.
