Distribution. Great Britain, Central and South Europe, Central European Russia, Ukraine, North Africa, Canary Islands, Madeira, Cyprus, Israel, Syria, Asian Turkey, introduced to Afrotropical and Neotropical Regions ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023); Armenia: reported by S. Mirzoian (1977) from Dilijan (Tavush province).
