Distribution. Great Britain, Azores, Europe from Portugal, Spain and France to Scandinavian and Baltic countries, Ukraine, Central and South European Russia, Asian Turkey, Kazakhstan, Siberia, Russian Far East, China, South Korea, Japan; introduced to Australian and Neotropical regions ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023); reported by Arnoldi et al. (1955) from Caucasus and by Nikitsky & Izhevsky (2005) also from Transcaucasia without country data. Armenia: reported by Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1976) without locality data and by Mirzoian (1977) from North Armenia.
