Niganda phichai (Pellinen, 2012) ( Figs. 1–3 View FIGURES 1–3. 1 )

Material examined: Since described in 2012 N. phichai has been found from type locality frequently, though not common. In 2014 female was detected and made lay eggs. Later two more females appeared in same location. Breeding resulted also two more females. All specimens are presently kept in collection of the author.

Diagnosis of female. Unlike other members of genus Niganda there is no clear sexual dimorphism in N. phichai . Females are externally like males, except beeing somewhat (7–8 mm) larger by wingspan and having filiform antennae.

Description of female. ( Figs 1 View FIGURES 1–3. 1 a–b) Wingspan/ forewing length of non reared specimens (3 exx) 42–43 mm / 18–19 mm., ex.o. specimens smaller 36 mm / 16 mm. Frons narrow, grey with porrect scales, palpae upturned short, grey. Antennae black filiform. Thorax and abdomen with brownish grey thin scales upperside and lighter color underside. Forewings narrow with blunt apex, ground color grey, with some brown in the middlepart of the wing, black stripe with small white spot in the middle, one third of costa. N. radialis females have also same kind signum in corpus bursae.
