Distribution in Iran. Mazandaran province, Tonekabon (Jangal-e 2000), 36°38'N 50°49'E, 1♀, 14.0 7.2011. New record for Iran.

General distribution. Armenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, former Czechoslovakia, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Netherlands, Poland, Tajikistan, Turkey ( Yu et al. 2012), Russia ( Lelej 2012; Yu et al. 2012).

Hosts. Lepidoptera—Gelechiidae: Chionodes tragicella (Heyden, 1865) ( Shenefelt 1970; Schütze & Roman 1931; Yu et al. 2012), Teleiodes saltuum (Zeller, 1878) (Čapek & van Achterberg 1992; Yu et al. 2012). Pyralidae : Acrobasis corethropus (Turner, 1904) ( Čapek 1960; Yu et al. 2012). Tortricidae : Zeiraphera griseana (Hübner, 1799) ( Yu et al. 2012) .
