Tachydromia luang View in CoL group

The group can be distinguished from other species groups by the following combination of characters: palpus yellow (rarely brownish yellow), lacking silvery hairs; prothoracic sclerites finely pollinose (except T. luang ); usually 2 notopleurals; vein R2+3 straight. It should be added that the wing pattern is very variable within this group. The presence of a ventral process on the right epandrial lamella of the male terminalia is likely a synapomorphy of the T. luang group.
