Distribution. Widely distributed in the deserts, semi-deserts and steppes of Middle Asia and Kazakhstan.

Habitats. Deserts, semideserts, dry steppes in lowlands and middle-mountains (under 1800 m) (plate 3: figs. 4, 7, 8).
