Type locality. Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 192A View Plate 192 ). Recorded in the southern and central portions of the Atlantic Forest ( Plt. 192A View Plate 192 ), mostly at low elevations ( Plt. 192B View Plate 192 ). Observed in the field in forest ( Fernandes et al., 2010b).
