Ceratovacuna subtropicana Aoki & Kurosu, 2013: 216 .
Distribution. China ( Taiwan).
Biology. The species forms galls on Styrax formosanus Matsum. (Styracaceae) at Dakeng and feeds on Microstegium spp. ( Poaceae ) as secondary hosts ( Aoki et al., 2013).
Remarks. No specimens from China were checked in this study. The information on the morphological features in keys and distribution is from Aoki et al. (2013).
