Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna black, except antennomeres 1–4 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:6:6:4.5:5:5:5:5:5:7. Head completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 4. Pronotum rugose, with posterior surface less than 0.5 × as long as mesoscutum (7:15). Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Mesopleuron and metapleuron reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, less than 0.5 × as long as mesoscutellum + metanotum (6:15); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with one dark transverse band; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 11:2:2.5:3:9; protarsomere 4 less than 0.5 × as long as basal part of 5. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 50D View FIGURE 50 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 50D View FIGURE 50 ) with some bristles and two distal lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
