Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 6.6 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons (mainly along orbits) testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 9–10 brown; mesosoma black, except margins of pronotum and apex of metapectal-propodeal disc testaceous; tegula testaceous; petiole black; metasoma black, except segment 1 mostly testaceous; legs testaceous-reddish, except distal region of clubs of pro- and metafemur brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 18:7:30:19:16:14:13:12:12:17. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frons anteriorly strongly punctate, without lateral keels; frontal line incomplete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 5; OOL = 12; OPL = 13; TL = 9. Pronotum shiny, finely punctate, with transverse keels, crossed by transverse impression separating anterior collar from posterior disc; lateral margin of posterior surface rounded; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel. Forewing hyaline, with three dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (18:13). Protarso- meres in following proportions: 15:5:10:32:48. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 83B View FIGURE 83 ) with one bristle situated further distally than proximal prominence. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 83B View FIGURE 83 ) with two rows of approximately 90 lamellae (all about same length); apex with approximately eight lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
