Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:4:7:7:6:7:7:6:6:7. Head shiny, smooth, swollen, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line absent; frons with median longitudinal furrow; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 6; OPL = 4; TL = 6. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, completely reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:6). Paramere ( Fig. 42A View FIGURE 42 ) much shorter than penis. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
