Figs 1–3 View FIGURES 1 – 3 .

Diagnosis. This species differs from other Palearctic species by antenna with white ring ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ) as in L. asperatus Berron, 1994 and L. erugatus Berron, 1994 ; lower part of mesopleuron with sparse distinct punctures; radius intersecting stigma before its middle.

Description. Body length 8 mm. Antenna with more than 15 flagellomeres. Scape 0.59 × as long as wide. Head not narrowed behind eyes, matt. Maximum length of temple 0.76 × transverse eye diameter; minimum length of temple 0.56 × transverse eye diameter. Face as wide as height of eye; in dorsolateral profile flat, medially not bulging ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Clypeus separated by impression; at apex projecting slightly anteriorly; apical margin of clypeus obtuse. Tentorial fossa large and elongate. Malar space 0.4 × basal mandible width. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper. Occipital carina medially complete.

Mesosoma matt. Notaulus distinct. Mesopleuron matt, distinct and sparsely punctate. Tarsi with apical article not enlaged. Claws pectinate. Fore wing with areolet petiolate. Radius intersecepting stigma before its middle. Second recurrent vein with a single bulla. Hind wing with nervellus intercepted below middle. Nervulus intersitial. Propodeum with carinae partly complete. Area petiolaris and area superomedia fused, rhombic shape ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Lateral dorsal carinae and costula absent.

Metasoma shining, with matt first tergite, sparsely setose. First metasomal tergite 0.75 × as long as apically wide; without shallow median longitudinal impression; bordered by lateral longitudinal carinae; dorsal longitudinal carinae defined at base. Second metasomal tergite transverse. Ovipositor as long as metasomal height.

Color. Female. Body mostly brown ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Antenna brown, 11–14 articles white ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Clypeus, space around eye and malar space yellowish ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Legs fulvous. Male unknown.
