This species differ from the closely related L. luteolator by smaller size, small petiolate areolet; shorter head, narrowed behind the eyes ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ); distinctly punctate flat face ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 25 – 27 ); smooth tergites of metasoma ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ). Body mostly dark ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 25 – 27 ).

Description. Female. Body length 4 mm. Antenna with 26–29 flagellomeres. Scape 0.56 × as long as wide. Head narrowed behind the eyes ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ), matt. Maximum length of temple 0.63X transverse eye diameter; minimum length of temple 0.53 ×. Face as wide as height of eye; flat, medially bulging, with rare distinct punctures ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 25 – 27 ). Clypeus not separate from face; at apex projecting anteriorly; apical margin of clypeus moderately obtuse. Clypeal foveae small. Malar space 0.5 × basal mandible width. Occipital carina complete, not interrupted above. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper.

Notaulus defined at base. Mesopleuron and mesonotum with rare distinct punctures ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ). Claws pecinate at base. Fore wing with areolet petiolate, small. Radius intercepting stigma at its middle ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ). Nervellus intercepted below middle. Nervulus postfurcal. Propodeal carinae complete ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 25 – 27 ).

Metasoma rather shining, smooth. First metasomal tergite 0.7 × as long as apically wide; with median longitudinal impression; bordered by lateral longitudinal carinae; median longitudinal carinae defined beyond the middle of tergite. Ovipositor stout at base, with shallow notch ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 28 – 32 ).
