Représentée par 16 valves dans la collection de P. Margerie, cette espèce a la forme générale et l’ornementation du genre Clithrocytheridea et notamment de son espèce type. Cependant, sa charnière n’est que partiellement visible: l’attribution générique est donc incertaine.
