Type material. Syntypes 1♀ and 1 juv. [not examined] with text data “Zwischen Tschintasy und Suwanko (Su, Suchow), 1.–5. VI 86 ” and introduction data “(69) l/ 5.VI.86 Zwischen Tschintasy und Suwanko (Suchow), Inner Mongolia ”. This information refers to a locality somewhere between modern town Jinta (39°59’N, 98°53’E) and Potanin’s locality “Su-van’-no” (not Suwanko) which is about 40 km NNE from Jinta and may refer to Choushuidun on a modern map (ca 40°17’N, 99°04’E).

Comment. Judging from the description, it is a rather large species, ca. 9 mm long. It has a rather low carapace in frontal view. Its epigyne does not resemble any species known to us.
