10 mm.

Features for regional diagnosis

Gn2 are strikingly similar to Ceradocus sheardi . However, all metasome and urosome segments are dorsally and posteroventrally smooth. Telson lobes with distal excavation (versus C. sheardi ), robust seta not longer than telsonic tip (versus C. sheardi clearly longer).

Distribution

Bermuda ( Kunkel 1910; Lazo-Wasem and Gable 1987; Ruffo et al. 2000). Now also Florida, Gulf of Mexico.
