Distribution in Iran. Ardabil ( Ghahari et al. 2010a), Fars (Linnavuori 2010), Tehran ( Linnavuori 2007), Iran (no locality cited) ( Aukema et al. 2013).

General distribution and hosts. Eremian species, known from Iraq, Iran and Tunisia; on Populus alba in Tunisia, maybe an accidental presence or a label mistake ( Carapezza 1997).
