Litogamasus Lee View in CoL (2 described species)

Movable and fixed cheliceral digits with three and five teeth, respectively. Epistome with an anteromedian extension wider at base, flanked by one pair of large anterolateral spines, shorter than anteromedian extension. Seta h 3 about in longitudinal line with h 1 and slightly posterior and mediad to h 2. Idiosoma elongate, 1000–1700 µm long and 550–950 µm wide at widest level. Podonotal and opisthonotal shields separated. Dorsal idiosomal setae aciculate. Podonotal region of dorsum with 22 pairs of setae, of which 19–22 pairs on podonotal shield and 0–3 pairs on soft integument along lateral margins of podonotal shield. Opisthonotal region with 17–20 pairs of setae, of which 15–20 pairs on opisthonotal shield and 0–2 pairs on soft integument along lateral margins of opisthonotal shield. Seta j 1 not on prominent protuberance, shorter than r 3 and Z 5. Opisthonotal and ventrianal shields separated. With five pairs of presternal platelets. Sternal shield not fused to endopodal shield near coxa IV; st 4 slightly lateral to st 1– st 3 (st 4 on soft integument in L. falcipes ). Opisthogaster with four platelets between genital and ventrianal shields; with 4–5 pairs of setae on ventrianal shield and with three pairs on soft integument around ventrianal shield; post-anal seta longer than para-anal seta. Peritreme with straight or smoothly curved margins, extending anteriorly to level between anterior margin of coxa II and coxa I. Peritrematal shield fused posteriorly to exopodal shield near coxa IV, with connection behind stigma wider or narrower than peritreme; peritrematal shield not fused to ventri-anal shield. Exopodal shields near coxae II–III–III fused. With 1–2 pairs of elongated metapodal platelets. All legs with pretarsi. Genua I, III and IV and tibia IV with 13, 9, 10 and 10 setae, respectively.
