TYPE LOCALITY: Not known; restricted to Assam, India by Bonhote (1901a); further restricted to the Garo Hills of Assam by Moore and Tate (1965) .

DISTRIBUTION: West of Irrawaddy River in India, Burma, and SE China. East of Irrawaddy River in Burma, Thailand, peninsular Malaysia, Indochina, S China, and Taiwan.
