TYPE LOCALITY: "Les forêts qui couvrent la chaine montagneuse du Tscheli" [= Chihli; old name for Hebei Prov., China] .

DISTRIBUTION: Hebei and Sichuan ( China).

SYNONYMS: sulcatus ( Howell, 1927); szechuanensis Wang, Tu, and Wang, 1966.

COMMENTS: Known only from two widely separated areas.
