Description. Length of male 4.55–4.70mm. Body light. Crown yellowish. Pronotum yellowish; scutum with triangles yellowish, middle part white ( Figs 2A, 2B, 2C View FIGURE 2 ). Forewing and hind wing transparent with venation same as O. caligicaudatus sp. nov.
Abdominal apodeme reaching to 3rd sternite. Pygofer side subtriangular with end half toward dorsally, disc with microsetae on posterodorsal part, several soft short setae on middle and numerous small teeth on posteroventral part ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ). Subgenital plate not exceeding posterior margin of pygofer ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ), basal 2/3 broad with row of thick macrosetae medially and group of short rigid microsetae and several microsetae subapically, apical 1/3 strongly narrowed and subtriangular, fold dorsally with group of short rigid microsetae apically ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ). Paramere short, with cephalic part thin and caudal part short and arched ( Figs 2G View FIGURE 2 ). Connective lamellar with lateral feet thin and short ( Fig. 2H View FIGURE 2 ). Aedeagus thick; shaft somewhat straight dorsally, with pair of slim processes apically and directed basad, and with pair of wide lamellae dorsolaterally near apex; both processes and protrusions strongly sclerotized and pigmented; gonopore apical ( Figs 2I, 2J, 2K View FIGURE 2 ).

Paratypes. 2♂, same data as holotype ; 3♂, same data as holotype except 6-VIII-2022 ; 1♂, Huangsang National Nature Reserve , 1-VIII-2022, coll. Juan Zhou ; 1♂, Jiangxi Province, Longnan County, Jiulianshan National Forest Park, 7-VIII-2022, coll. Huan Zhang , trapped by light; 1♂, Shaanxi Province, Taibai Mountain, Houzhenzi Town , alt. 1300m, 29-VII-2022, coll. Yusen Du , trapped by light.
Etymology. The species name comes from the combination of Latin words “licin-(upturned)” and “cauda (tail)”, referring to the dorsally curved pygofer side.
Note. This species is very similar to Oblongitubus caligicaudatus sp. nov. in the body color and shape, but O. licinicaudatus sp. nov. with pygofer side subtriangular and toward dorsally.
