Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae, and the distance between each other a little shorter than that between upper interfrontal setae. First flagellomere dark brown, 0.21 mm long, with an aspect ratio of 2:1; arista 0.22 mm long, 1.05 times length of first flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, with short setae apically.

Thorax dark brown. Mid and hind legs brown, fore leg light brown. Fore tibia with 11 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur ( Fig. 24D View FIGURES 24 ) with a long groove and a long tube-like process. Wing ( Fig. 30E View FIGURES 30 ) length 1.1 mm. Costal index 0.40, costal ratio 2.5:1, costal setulae length 0.042 –0.050 mm. Rs without basisetula. Halter dark brown.

Abdominal tergites dark brown. Terminalia ( Fig. 24A View FIGURES 24 ) light brown. Left surstylus ( Fig. 24B View FIGURES 24 ) long tongue-like, with 14–18 pointed inner teeth. Right surstylus ( Fig 24C View FIGURES 24 ) with 20 pointed inner teeth and with membranous basidorsal process.

Female. It is similar to the male, but first flagellomere oval, arista not swollen; palpus longer; mid femur without sense-organ; wing length 0.94–0.96 mm, costal index 0.46, costal ratio 1.5:1, costal setulae 0.035 mm. Body length 1.4–1.5 mm.
