Right surstylus ( Figs. 14C, E View FIGURES 14 ) with a longer dorsal edge, ventro-apical corner with 14 inner teeth.

Female. Unknown.

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word convallis (valley), indicating the habitat of the species. Chawaron, where the specimen was collected, means "hot canyon" in Tibetan.

Specimen examined. Holotype, ♂, Xizang, Linzhi, Chawalong , 20-Aug-2020, Guangchun Liu.

Distribution. China (Xizang).

Remarks. In the keys of Disney (1990) and Michailovskaya (2000), the species will not run out to any species properly. This species is a little similar to C. chayuensis sp. nov., but it is different from the latter by blunt dorso-apical corner of left surstylus and triangular right surstylus.
