Habitat – Rocky slopes, alt. (1500–)1800–(?)2250 m. Endemic to Sunzu Mt. Brummitt (1978), commenting on Richard’s collections, stated that there must be some mistake in the recording of the altitudes as the summit of Sunzu mountain is only 2065 m.
