Elachista edithae Gozmány, 1952: 380 View in CoL . Type locality: Dalmatia [now Croatia], Grado ( Gozmány 1952: 382). Holotype ♂, in HNHM. Synonymized by Gaedike (1975: 239).

Subgenus: Aphelosetia ; argentella View in CoL species group.

Distribution: Palearctic. Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Russia (European part, Siberia), Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine.

Larval host plant(s): Stipa pennata L., S. pulcherrima C. Koch (Poaceae) ( Gaedike 1975; Steuer 1980).
