[ Holotype: AMNH; ♀ Willcox , Cochise Co., Arizona, USA; September 21, 1976]

This species inhabits the xeric regions of North America. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of T. circumculus in the BCP based on one female collected in the Chaparral at 6 mi. E Ojos Negros in June 1980 identified by Molly Rightmyer (SDNHM). See fig. 132.
