Material examined: Algeria: Oued Taga, 6–11 km SW Timgat, 1300–1400 m, wet cultivated area, 3.– 4. V.1980, 1 ɗ, E. v. Nieukerken, G. Bryan & P. Oosterbroek leg., J. Starý det.

Distribution: Widespread in the West Palaearctic. First record for Algeria (new to North Africa).
