Description. Head slightly narrower than pronotum, crown with anterior margin weakly produced, coronal suture distinct ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 21. 1 – 7 ). Frontoclypeus narrow, anteclypeus broad ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 1 – 21. 1 – 7 ).

General color yellow. Eyes black. Scutum and scutellum pale yellow, with patch at apex of scutellum black. Triangles yellow. ( Figs. 5, 12 View FIGURES 1 – 21. 1 – 7 )

Abdominal apodemes reaching middle of fifth sternite ( Fig. 65 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ).

Anal tube appendage with two obvious right-angle bends, touching or slightly extending beyond hind margin of pygofer side ( Fig. 66 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ). Pygofer side truncate, provided with four macrosetae at lower basal angle and row of nine setae at hind margin ( Fig. 66 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ). Subgenital plate hardly pigmented, with three macrosetae at transitional part; with two rows of marginal microsetae distally visible from side; without minute peg-like microsetae at the angle of caudal part; narrowed area prolonged ( Figs. 67, 68, 69 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ). Paramere apical part produced in quite bended shape ( Fig. 70 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ). Aedeagal shaft elongated, as long as preatrium, slightly curved ( Fig. 72 View FIGURES 65 – 73 ).

Measurement. Male length 3.8–4.0mm (including wing).

Material examined. Holotype: 3, CHINA, Sichuan Prov., Mt. Wawu, 9 July 2010, coll. Cao Yanghui; Paratypes: 53, same data as holotype.

Deposition. Entomological Museum, Northwest A & F University, Yangling, China.

Diagnosis. This new species can be distinguished from R. alae by the two obvious right-angle bends of the anal tube appendage, by the dark distal part and more obtuse lateral margin of the subgenital plate, and by the much longer aedeagal shaft.

Etymology. The specific epithet is composed of Latin prefix “bi–” and Latin word “angulara”, referring to the two obvious right-angle bends of the anal tube appendage.
