Male: Ochraceous yellow, vertex, pronotum and scutellum pale yellow, with two brown spots on anterior margin of crown. Compound eyes black, face yellow with irregular transverse brown stripes. Forewings pale yellow with hyaline venation ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1-16 ). Head including eyes 1.08x width of pronotum ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 1-16 ), in dorsal view obliquely rounded in front, crown length 0.36x width across eyes; face length 1.01x width of face. Ocelli near anterior margin of crown and distance between eye and ocellus equal to diameter of ocellus ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 1-16 ). Pronotum 0.5x as long as width and 0.8x length of scutellum ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 1-16 ).

Male Genitalia: Pygofer ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 30-35 ) in lateral view as long as broad, moderately produced posteriorly with rounded caudo-dorsal margin and obliquely truncate caudal margin, macrosetae confined to posterior half, dorsal and postero-ventral margin without serrations. Hind margin of valve ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 30-35 ) concave, feebly emarginated. Subgenital plates ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 30-35 ) longer than wide, with uniseriate row of 6-7 macrosetae along sub-lateral margin. Style ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 30-35 ) wider basally, pre-apical lobe absent, apophysis long, slender, with blunt apex, half of total style length. Connective ( Fig. 35 View FIGURES 30-35 ) X-shaped; stem narrowed, 1.6x length of arms. Aedeagus, in lateral view ( Figs. 33 View FIGURES 30-35 ), broadly C-shaped, broad at base, shaft narrowed apically, pair of lateral projections arising subapically; apex with V-shaped emargination in dorsal view, lateral pair of preapical processes curved downwards with acute apices. ( Fig. 34 View FIGURES 30-35 ). Gonopore subapical placed above base of processes.

Measurement (mm): Total Length: 7.1; Crown Length: 0.5; Width of Head: 1.9; Width of Pronotum: 2.4.

Etymology: The epithet refers to the type locality, Katrain.

Remarks: P. katraini sp. nov. resembles P. dalangensis sp. nov. but differs in having the body coloration ochraceous yellow; the crown, pronotum and scutellum pale yellow, with two brown spots on the anterior margin of the crown. In the male genitalia, the aedeagal shaft is widest at the base, gradually narrowed apically, the lateral projections lack serrated margins and ventral subapical conical projections. The Connective X-shaped with stem and arms equal in length. The style lacks lateral serrations.
