Description. Body robust, length 4–5 mm. Coloration of dorsum various; head with two dark patches dorsally between eyes, mesonotum with basal triangles dark brown; forewing color uniform or variable, brochosome field grey white; hind wing semitransparent or infuscate.

Crown rounded. Length of crown shorter than interocular width; head subequal to pronotum in width; coronal suture distinct and reaching anterior margin of crown, or indistinct; transscutal suture distinct, extending to sides of mesonotum.

Male pygofer side irregularly square, with two groups of rigid seta, one group near base ventrally, other on posterior upper angle, and upper part curved inner in posterior view (figs 36, 44, 53). Subgenital plate curved dorsad or straight, narrowed to apex, with row of rigid setae extending to subapical part on plate, with one (figs 36, 40) or two macrosetae (figs 44, 48, 53, 60) near base. Paramere heel-shaped apically, with row of microsetae and small sensory pits on sides of middle (figs 40, 48, 57). Connective Y-shaped. Aedeagus dorsoatrium well developed; genital atrium flat or elongate, with single ventral process arising near base, curved distally (or not); shaft slender, rounded (figs 11, 33, 41, 58) or tapered (figs 22, 50) apically in lateral view; gonopore apical or subapical (figs 11, 22, 33, 41, 50, 58).
